For example, the thing he "made up" for that first quote was a set of menu options for a data merging program! Some smoking gun you got there, someone made up a few menu options in a computer program therefore global warming is a lie. Short version, the problems being discussed here are computer programming problems and say nothing at all about the validity or lack of validity of the data the program is operating on. That someone had a hard time writing a computer program only tells us about that person's coding skills and nothing else.
